Carbide pen mill cutter head 3/4" by Penn State Industries. Requires pilot shaft. Will fit the Premium Pen Mill shafts sold by William Wood-Write.

Accepts a pilot shaft with a 6.25 mm upper shaft. For use with a drill press and pen blank centering vise only. Do not use with a hand drill. Allen key not included.
