Pizza cutter in chrome plating with 4" stainless steel cutting wheel. To make this kit, you will need bottle stopper mandrel BSMAND-38-16, 11/32 drill bit, 3/8 x 16 tpi tap and a live centre (not included).
Minimum blank size 1-1/2" square x 5" long. You will need Jacobs chuck or drill chuck for your lathe to make this kit. NOTE: This is a woodworking turning project that requires turning, finishing and assembly with woodworking equipment. You will not receive a finished item. Shown here with Fusion project block "Orange Divine" (block currently not available).
The threaded insert will let you remove the handle for cleaning. To use the insert: simply drill a hole 13.2 mm / .52" deep into your blank using a 33/64 drill and glue the insert in. You're ready to mount your project onto the bottle stopper mandrel. Makes it easy to thread the cutter on and off. In place of the insert, you can also use the bottlestopper drill and tap set to make and thread the hole.
