Corner-B-Gone pen blank rounding jig. The jig can hold blanks or blank combinations up to 8 inches long and 1 inch square. System includes a quick release knob, 2 multi-purpose blocks, 8 bushings and a 12 inch threaded shaft.
Save time and effort with the Corner-B-Gone jig to knock off the corners of your turning blank. The jig can be used in 2 configurations to remove the edges:
Bandsaw: simply mount your blank between the metal blocks then slide the blank edges through the blade, turn the assembly to the next position. After four turns in less than a minute, your blank will be ready to turn.
Disc sander: position the blank between the blocks and press each edge into the disc to round the corners. A quick release threaded knob enables you to quickly secure, assemble and disassemble your blank for machining.
