For Canadian customers:
Please check your kits to ensure all parts are there BEFORE beginning to make and assemble your project. If parts are missing or damaged, you must contact us WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE DATE ON YOUR INVOICE and make arrangements to return the entire unused kit for exchange or refund. We cannot replace kits that you have already started working with.
Please inspect your blanks carefully BEFORE beginning to cut, drill or turn. We do not replace blanks that become damaged during any part of the cutting, drilling, turning, finishing or assembly process.
If you wish to return an unused product for refund, you must contact us within 60 days of the date on your invoice, prior to returning the item to us. We do not accept returns shipped to us without prior authorization from William Wood-Write Ltd. Refunds or returns are not available for custom products or clearance items.
Items must be returned to us in their original condition, unused, undamaged or otherwise unaltered, and within 60 days of the date on your invoice in order to qualify for a refund. If an item is lost or damaged during return shipping due to inadequate or inappropriate packaging or if you return a product that is used, damaged or broken, refunds will not be available.
William Wood-Write Ltd. reserves the right to refuse any returns or refunds at its sole discretion.
Shipping costs for items you wish to return are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs you have paid for any items you have purchased and are returning will not be refunded.
We do not warranty or accept any responsibility for finished items that have been sold to an end user.
For international customers:
No returns, refunds or replacement on pen blanks.

If it is a manufacturing defect, we will replace the part and sent it out via regular letter mail only.
